screening data collection

The Screening Collaborative manages a regional data collection project, collecting screening information from health departments, early childhood education and care programs, and various medical providers. This information is necessary to help determine the Collaborative's progress in meeting its goals. Data collected  is presented  in annual report to Collaborative members. This information helps identify gaps and prioritize the use of resources and guide the  annual workplan.

The  Screening Collaborative utilizes ASQ-3 online as their screening management system. Regional screening partners participate in one of three ways. They can:

•        administer screening using the ASQ online system
•       utilize the Collaboratives Permission to Screen forms so Child Profeils aer entered into the system. or
•        provide aggregate screening number  during the twic a year data collection period.',
