Originally convened to guide work of th Innovation Zone, this cross-sector committee has expanded to include members from all the southern 15 counties. The purpose of the Collaborative is to build a system that improves coordination among agencies and programs who have a role in the early identification, recognition and response activities that support the healthy development of young children.
