Community screenings (called Child Find) are usually sponsored by one or more agency and held in a central location, open to the public.  One example of community screenings in Southern Illinois is called CHILD FIND. 

In many communities, CHILD FIND also includes a community based yearly event a collaborative and coordinated efforts with various programs and agencies, connecting families with other agencies and programs that provide valuable and supportive services. CHILD FIND events are often used as part of the enrollment process for ISBE Preschool for All programs.
