2010: Temporarily Disbanded due to state budget crisis 2013-2014: Facilitated Children's Health Conference, Began recovening as a collaborative cross-sector group 2015: Chosen to be one of the state's ECE Innovation Zones for the state's Race to the Top Early Learning Challenge Fund focusing on Williamson County -Launched SIFamilies.org family resource website -Facilitated Teacher Think Tank -Teacher to Teacher Event- JALC -Launched Screening Collaborative 2016: Incorporated as Not for Profit in Illinois - CoSponsored county wide Teacher Institutes - Administered Teacher Credential Initiative- provided stipends and recognition canvases -Implemented Ready Freddy Initiative- Herrin School District -Implemented CCAP Enrollment Policy Pilot 2017: Received grant from Illinois Children's Healthcare Foundation for Developmental Screening Project focusing on building partnership with medical community -Ready Freddy Initiative- Herrin, Unity Point and Carbondale school districts -CCAP Enrollment Policy Pilot -Launched SI Teacher Connect Social media page 2018: Community Meeting and Needs Assessment Mtg at John A Logan, Strategic Planning -Chosen to participate in Early Learning Leadership Circle 2019 SIFamilies Advisory Committee launched -Participated in Community Systems Collaboration Institute and Coaching project. 2020: Partnership with SIUC School of Medicine for Screening Data |
